PAR, the Perl Archive toolkit, is a toolchain to simplify packaging and deployment. It can turn Perl programs into ready-to-run executables, cross-platform packages, or web servlets.

In this talk, PAR author Autrijus Tang will present short, real-world scenarios on how to use PAR to simplify deployment tasks, and talk about what PAR will become in the Perl 6 age.
