Why would you sponsor?

To get real community audience for Perl and OpenSource related topics and present your company or association there. Apart from the sponsorshop goodies below, you will definitely get in direct touch with the Perl community meeting the hackers face to face.

What could you sponsor?

There are some items on our list for the workshop, which could be sponsored directly. Of couse if it is more convenient for you, we will accept money too.

So here is a list of things to sponsor:

• T-Shirts
• Attendees Dinner
• Drinks & Catering during the event
• Travel & Hotel costs for international visitors
• just hand over the money, we'll find a good and Perlish way to spend it

What you get for your sponsorship?

Our base sponsorship package includes:

• Link & Logo on the website and any other printed materials we might produce
• Mentioning during the opening / closing speech
• Mentioning in blog posts (there will be at least one big posting describing the event on blogs.perl.org and ironman.enlightenedperl.org)
• You can hand out promotional material during the event
• Contact with 20 - 50 Austrian Perl Hackers, potential future employees, customers and users
• Free Business Tariff attendance for 1 person

Our sponsorship packages

We are offering 3 packages to help you decide on your level of support, these are: Bronze, Silver and Gold! Of course if you have further ideas for for sponsoring, please contact us!

Bronze Sponsor - € 250

Bronze sponsors will get the whole base sponsorship package.

Silver Sponsor - € 500

Additionally to the base sponsorship package our Silver sponsors will get:

• 2 more business tariff attendences
• 5 minutes presentation about your business/company

Gold Sponsor - € 1500

Additionally to the base sponsorship package our Silver sponsors will get:

• 4 more business tariff attendences
• 10 minutes presentation about your business/company
• and you are allowed to place your display stands or posters in our conference room

Business Tariff

A simple way to support the workshop is to pay the Business Tariff (€75/person). Depending on our degree of organisation, you might also get

• a special t-shirt (if we have any)
• invitation to the speakers dinner (if we have one)
• a printed invoice
